Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create & Manage the campany brand value & recruitment strategies of multiple regions. ( PAN India).
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary guide lines and procedures to insure that recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and filling the positions within TAT.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through naukri portal & online channels.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, in screening calls, assesments and in person interviews.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
  • Salary negotiation & sending offer letters & follow up with candidate till onboarding.
