Responsibilities and Duties
Talent Acquisition
some of the duties and requirements of a technical recruiter.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Had experience working with direct clients
Mostly working on Contract(C2C//Full time basis
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Research new technologies
Create detailed job descriptions
Follow up with candidates
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to learn technical information
Self-confidence and self-starter
Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
Preferred location : Pune
Exceptionally good in Communication skills both written & verbal- English
High convincing powers
Experience of telecalling & Product sales would be preferred.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Fresher with MBA Marketing / MBA HR
1 year experience in IT Talent Acquisition is an Advantage
