We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
• Screen, Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience
• Monitor and apply the best Talent Acquisition practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented Talent Acquisition reports to the human resource manager.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher to 3years of experience in IT and Non-IT Recruitment.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
• Excellent hands-on experience in core IT recruitment hiring.
• Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Identifying the gaps and clearing them with Reporting Manager.
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Team player
• Self-Disciplined and Good time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
