Roles and Responsibilities : 3+ years of experience in Sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media networks etc.,

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

• Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems

• Responsible for end to end handling IT requirements from global clients.

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure

• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting (quality of submission) into interview and onboardings of minimum 5 per month.

• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter

• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)

• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

• Clearly understands the Job specs, Industry and able to create sourcing plan and execute it

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
