Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Development and implementation of Creative & Digital Supplier Governance Framework
• Contribute to and influence supplier and sourcing strategy discussions and decisions
• Lead Creative & Digital representation in third party supplier selection process, including cost model development and analysis
• Lead management, performance measurement and development of third parties throughout Vendor Management life cycle
• Manage supplier operations and compliance, including but not limited to budget, payment, vendor PO, contract invoice, risk assessments and management, etc.
• Ensure best-in-class delivery of external services and products to support projects and services, while realizing year-on-year productivity improvements, cost savings, and process improvements in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure Creative & Digital sourcing aligns with strategic goals of wider Novartis Procurement strategic goals
• Develop and implement evidence-based supplier performance and improvement models across global supplier network

Minimum requirements

• Develop and implement Supplier Governance Strategy, Framework and Implementation
• Support Supplier Performance Management across Programs and Project
• Ensure effective collaboration with key areas to enable delivery excellence
• Solid background in business operations and vendor management is essential for your success in this position.
• Vendor Management and Commercial experience managing services or driving key initiatives within global functions
• Demonstrated experience managing supplier procurement, relationships and performance in multi-vendor environment, leveraging methodology-based procurement and vendor management process, tracking and reporting
• Proven track record of project completion that is on time and within budget
