JOB ANALYSIS:

  • Primary Functions/Responsibilities: Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, recompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements.
  • Utilize your experience in using company-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of Black belts
  • Drive data driven decision making culture within the specific account or function.
  • Strong analytical and business skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into intelligence and data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with adverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

Necessary

  • Proven business analysis skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Skills and Power Point Presentation
  • Working Knowledge on Tableau/Power BI, formulating dashboards, creating visualization
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable Ability to:

  • Knowledge on handling data through any Database - MS SQL, My SQL, PostgreSQL etc.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge
  • Familiarity in US markets and clients for Voice Inbound processes
