Supervisor

Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the production process, manage factory operations, and coordinate production activities across multiple factories. As a Factory Supervisor, you will ensure efficient production, meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and effectively manage a team of workers. Our company specializes in manufacturing solid wooden doors, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and achieving production targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Production Management:

• • Oversee the production process in multiple factories to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of solid wooden doors.
  • Develop production plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize productivity and meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and control production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
  • Implement quality control measures and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Lead and supervise factory workers, ensuring effective utilization of their skills and resources.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to workers to enhance their productivity and performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to streamline production processes and resolve operational issues.

2. Deadline Management:

• • Monitor production progress and ensure that projects are completed within specified timelines.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or delays and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Communicate production updates and timelines to relevant stakeholders, including management and customers.

3. Factory Operations:

• • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of factory equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all factory operations.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Analyze production data, identify trends, and develop strategies for enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management.

Job Timings and Location

• In office/factory job in Pitumpura Delhi
• 9:00 AM till the time work completes
• Mondays Off
