Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in an analytical or consultative role while working with client and stakeholder executives
- Experience in go-to-market (GTM) enterprise sales/GTM planning lifecycle in a consumption-focused technology businesses (e.g., Iaas and cloud)
- Experience working with data sets and analytical tools (e.g., SQL) and extracting insights
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience building and storyboarding on slides, speeches, and briefing documents
- Experience working in areas such as GTM, sales, and customer success
- Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured challenges into insights, plans, and recommendations in a constantly evolving environment

Customer Experience represents a large regional organization covering functions such as Customer Success, Support,Training, Professional Services, and Customer Advocacy and Insights. The Customer Experience team ensures that Google Cloud customers adopt and realize business value from their Google Cloud solutions.
As a Strategy and Operations Analyst, you will provide sound business judgement and influence others. You'll structure and articulate complex, ambiguous, and potentially difficult business issues to advise the Google Cloud Leadership team. In addition, you will help shaping the direction and trajectory for the cloud business, including partnering with leadership to run regular business reviews and keeping the business on track with our short-term and long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the process for the demand and supply management of resources in collaboration with hiring managers and staffing.
- Forecast and allocate resources as per the demand and capacity planning.
- Develop business continuity plans and conduct business performance reviews across operational metrics with internal stakeholders to solve problems and provide actionable insights.
- Serve as a skilled problem-solver and facilitator with all stakeholders.
- Define, launch, and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve internal processes and operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
