The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Support the cross-functional leadership team, including Marketing and Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) in developing cross-functional partnerships and relationships with executives’ teams in APAC. Create meaningful agendas for executive engagements and ensure the appropriate internal participants are included (e.g., policymakers, think tanks, NGOs, academic leaders, business customers, industry leaders).
- Plan engagements between Google executives and government officials/business stakeholders. Support externally facing strategic outreach efforts, such as campaigns, in-region executive visits, and roadshows.
- Play a key role in coordinating, composing, consolidating, and editing written materials guided by business leads and GAPP policy team for CEOs and key opinion formers.
- Manage the cross-functional process for development, tracking, and updating the stakeholder engagement list.
- Provide support for GAPP India team in strategy and operations, planning and reporting to deliver against the country engagement strategy.
