JOB PURPOSE :

Store Managers are required to handle all the operational activities of the assigned stores, handhold the brand promoters proactively and maintain Zero Escalations & high level of customer satisfaction.

JOB ROLES / SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES :

1-Discipline Management, Attendance/Roaster Management of Team Members as per the business requirement- Ensure team is properly groomed and following company uniform standards.Teams attendance and rosters to be maintained by SM .

2-Store Management - SM is solely responsible for all activities happening at his store like, opening time of stores and working conditions of CCTV and all store assets . Ensure store phone number is ON and all customer calls are handled professionally. Any missed calls to be called back.

3-Sales Target Achievement- Ensure proper leafletting in their stores .Distribution of store targets to their teams and motivate them to achieve their goals .Ensure all company SOPs are strictly followed and no deviation from process is allowed.

4-Training - Ensure proper training to be given to your team via training manager.
