1.Maintain - Goods Received Notes ( GRN ) & Material Issues Maintanance.
2.DC Follow up.
3.MMS - Material Management System. Monthly Reports.
4.Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports.
5.Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
6.Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads depending upon PO.
7.Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels.
