• Evaluating the patient's conditions, administering treatment
• Good nursing exposure to patient treatment, clinically trained
• Excellent practical & theoretical knowledge about patient care and their documentation

• Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients and their family members
• Good knowledge-Begin treatment and monitor doses
• Respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate Doctors as needed
• Care for patient needs throughout their recovery
• Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient
• Maintain patient records properly
• Create and implement effective care plans

• To assist in the assessment and implementation of patient care need within the Operating Department and ensure all patients are treated in a professional manner and that confidentiality is adhered to
• To follow the treatment protocols as per NABH standards
• To carry out the necessary safety checks of the patients as laid down by hospital
• To ensure the Patient files/ registers are maintained properly and cross check them regularly
• To ensure any sentinel event, major complication, surgeon to be mentioned in the daily report.
• Ensure Hospital Infection Control
• Proper hand over to next staff during the shift duty
• To cross check the sterility in order to ensure that the staff is following proper HIC protocols
• To ensure patient file checklists
• Good knowledge about Sentinel events, Needle Stick, burnable patient, BMW Temperature & Humidity Control etc
• To cross check Crash Cart trolley and to regulate the monitoring of the same
• To conduct regular trainings of HIC/CPR of staff
• To conduct trainings of NABH standards
