• Should be well versed with the US IT recruitment process & provide staffing needs based on the client/implementation partner's requirements.
  
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ Years' experience in US IT Recruitment & must know visa classification( H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa) & different Tax Terms.
  
• Must have excellent communication (Written & Verbal) skills.
