After the launch in 2016, India Prime has continuously added value, new benefits as well as increased flexibility in options for customers to join Prime. To lead this strategy, IN Prime team is looking for a talented marketing leader, who is excited about leading and growing this strategic charter for India Prime for years to come. The role operates at the intersection of marketing, product and technology with global exposure and offers a significant intellectual and career development opportunity. As a senior leader you will be part of the core Prime leadership team for India.



Key job responsibilities
• Lead two functions of New Benefits Development and Customer Insights for Amazon Prime India.
• Lead thinking and development of WW First /IN -unique new Prime benefits by understanding customer value gaps, conceptualize constructs, build PR-FAQs, strong experimentation and marketing roadmaps, get strategic buy-ins to establish new benefits.
• Deliver value to Prime members across on and off- Amazon platforms.
• Drive IN Prime customer insight and research roadmap, execute the same by identifying customer need-gaps, white spaces and opportunity areas. You will work with internal Amazon teams on customer research, customer lifecycle, UX, benchmarking and external agencies. Synthesize an integrated Prime insights charter, disseminate learnings and input to impact all product, marketing initiatives for India Prime
• Own strategy, planning of operating plans (1Y/3Y/5Y) for your areas. Prepare and deliver business reviews updating on progress and forward guidance in your areas.
• Excel at cross functional program management with multiple internal teams across Amazon i.e., Pay, Category, Finance Marketing, global teams through strong mechanisms and influence cross-organization alignments with senior leaders (Directors/VPs).
• Lead through diverse team of marketing, designers, product, analytics and program management professionals.
• Equally comfortable with leading scaled and seed initiatives, inventing around constraints.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • 5+ years of marketing experience

• 10+ years of post-MBA professional, non-internship experience in product marketing, customer research, product management, category management or consulting in B2C consumer and digital businesses. Experience in directly managing others.

• Experience conceiving and executing complex, multi-channel customer benefits, research, marketing strategies and scaling consumer facing products.

• Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization to deliver complex projects.

• Excellent prioritization and organization skills in a demanding cross functional environment, comfortable with leading in ambiguity.

• Past experience with online marketing, content experimentation, optimization frameworks, analytics tools, web metrics to measure impact and determine improvements is a plus.

• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills.

• MBA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
