We are looking to expand our team of US IT Recruiters in Hyderabad and invite applications from highly driven candidates with excellent communication skills and networking abilities.

Job Title: Sr. IT Recruiter

Industry Staffing for Information Technology & Services, Human Resources.

Location: Hyderabad (100% on-site).

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM, 5 days).

Duration Full Time/ Permanent.

Experience required 1-5 yrs.

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in IT (preferred)/any graduation degree.

Compensation – INR 20,000-50,000/pm plus incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the recruiting leads and hiring managers.
  • Work with MSP/VMS-based Direct Clients.
  • Work on strategic global hiring programs.
  • Develop an action plan for recruiting the candidate best fit for the client’s organization.
  • Work on more than one requirement in a day.
  • Source consultants for varied IT-related requirements. Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
  • Personally conduct interviews, document, and report as the need arises.
  • In addition to executing individual responsibility, they should be able to work in unison with other departments having the Company’s growth and best interests in mind.
  • Keeping abreast with the industry trends. Gain knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
  • Vet potential candidates’ credentials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 12+ months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws of the US market.
  • Experience in building the talent pool for the data repository of the company.
  • Must be comfortable working on EST and PST shifts.
  • Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
  • Complete knowledge of different types of US work visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
  • Familiarity with different US Tax terms like 1099/W2/Corp-Corp.
  • Strong understanding of technical IT requirements.
  • Profound sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English-Witten and verbal.

Must-haves

  • Experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
  • Proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
  • Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
  • Good negotiating skills for finalizing rates/wages with the stakeholders involved.
  • Experience in hiring all levels of technical IT candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while also supporting working as a team player.
  • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
  • Experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
