A candidate must have flair knowledge of Travel products & destinations i.e., hotels categories, Transporters, sightseeing etc. and experience in understanding clients requirements to close the deal.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand clients' requirements and offer Tour packages accordingly.
- Create bookings , reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of International Tours.
- Providing excellent customer service experiences -Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution.
- Coordination with the operations team.
- Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
- Should be able to achieve the targets.
- Good knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to travel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good knowledge of MS- word and Excel
- Experience in Domestic, Inbound and International Tours
- Take right decision, knowledge of what to sell to customer as per their requirement, having knowledge to think out of the box and have selling capability.
- knowledge of travel software will be preferred.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Travel sales.
