Key Responsibility Areas:
- To develop new business opportunities by marketing Online Property based solutions.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with Promoters, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Brokers etc. and maintaining them over time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for Showing, Promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, Product Demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control.
- Having the ability to maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Requirements:
- PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good General Knowledge
- Sale Aptitude
