- Managing multiple internal & external stakeholders & travel in between different offices/warehouses in Delhi NCR.
- Processing vendor bills, records, etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of maintenance activities/processes.
- Assisting the facility management team in routine administrative task.
- Coordinating intra-office moves.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Booking transport (national/international) and accommodation (national/international).
