Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.

Source candidates/resumes based on requirements and technical skills.

Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Track candidates throughout the hiring process.

Should have good experience with various recruitment portal like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Time Job, Indeed, Linked In etc.

Knowledge of professional and social media for sourcing (Must Have).

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in recruitment.

Candidate should be able to join on immediate basis.

Candidate should be good in communication.
