Preferred Skillset:

  • Demonstrated Ability to understand and analyze NPS and CSAT trends & generate CX insights
  • Must be competent in performing deep-dive analysis on Customer VOC and leverage the CX insights to boost NPS/CSAT metrics
  • Ability to communicate the analysis results efficiently and effectively with client stakeholders
  • Must be competent in MS Excel and have a solid background in all MS Office products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
  • Ability to work independently, determine priorities, meet critical deadlines and manage expectations. Customer Relationship Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accountable to key performance indicators, primarily Customer Satisfaction and Project handling.
  • Will be directly handling various phases of a typical analytics project such as, interacting with client while working on the project, generating insights, implementation and presenting findings to clients.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and identify performance improvement opportunities via MS pivot table, cross tab or other tools.
  • Understand business/operational process, analyze process and come up with process improvements ideas. Deliver those ideas to client within time limit.
  • Perform root cause analysis and input to improvement initiatives, identifies possible gaps that may be contributing to lower key metric results.
  • Gather internal/external client requirement, analyze them and document them.
  • To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of the processes.
  • Produce documentation of key insights, solution recommendations, and solution business case and action plan results for incorporation into internal or client review.
