Job Description

• 5+ Years of experience DLP Operations, ESP Forcepoint and Microsoft 365 DLP
• Key individual contributor role with accountability for performing systems and network information analysis of data loss prevention Events, Alerts and incidents to the network infrastructure, data center servers, Endpoints, workstations, and more in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
• Ensure protection of data aligning to Cyient’s security policy and through use of systematic DLP event analysis.
• Monitor DLP information security alerts though the use of available tools to respond, triage, and escalate as needed.
• Analyze event/alert patterns to properly interpret and prioritize threats with available DLP tools and other data protection devices.
• Identify trends and drive requirements aimed at improving and enhancing existing data loss prevention detection policies.
• Interface with stakeholders (vendors, IT Infra, business etc.) in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements to improve the efficiency of DLP system
• Ability to articulate information security risks from DLP perspective to the business and IT as per organization’s Information security policies.
• Conducting periodic education and training workshops for employees and key stakeholders to raise awareness on DLP program.
• Capability to communicate on DLP and information security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical personnel.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain effective relationships with service team leaders, functional and business groups at all levels.
• Assist in the investigation, resolution and tracking of all DLP related information security incidents reported.
