Job Description
Job title: Sr Process Associate – Purchase to Pay
We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments.

We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.
This is your role. What part will you play?
· PO creation as per SAP-MRP signals and negotiate delivery expedites with critical suppliers
· To work with internal stakeholders, including materials managers and planning
· Daily supplier management. Supplier open order to ensure planned requirements is met
· Obtain drawings to support RFQ and sourcing alternatives
· Proactive approach to shortages and open orders due
· Come up with customized strategy to deal with delivery tasks
· Continuous supplier communication to ensure on time supply
· Update Order confirmation into SAP as per confirmation received from supplier
· Support follow up for Order confirmation compliance from supplier within agreed timeline
· PO maintenance - Expedite/defer/cancel deliveries as per MRP signals
· Support in report generation for analytics and MIS tracking
· Monitor On Time Delivery – Supplier management
· Must work well within an already established group of professionals
· To work with internal stakeholders (engineering, technical teams for example)
· Support payment process.

· Know Business stakeholders' requirements & expectations
· Expertise in SAP and good understanding of Analytics
· Methodical & ability to resolve operational issues with ease
· Proficient communications skills, both verbal and written, along with interpersonal skills
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to prioritize and balance workload
· Must be self-motivated with a flexible approach.
