Sr HR Executive

We are looking for a Human Resources Professional assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.
• You will be the go-to person for all HR & Admin related queries, taking ownership of key day-to-day tasks in night shift
• Meet & Greet (Employees & Visitors)
• Involve & Engage Employees into fun & insightful sessions
• Create a strong and productive pipeline
• Work actively on job boards, social media websites, referrals and find suitable candidates
• Work and Manage the Organizational vendors

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting HR generalist functions.
• Degree graduate in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge on Excel is an added advantage.
• Well versed with Employment and labour laws.
• Independent team player with ability to multitask.
• Positive work attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
