Data Miner with strong analytical, visualization skills and dashboard creation using wide variety of tool, integrate data sources, create forms using excel VBA, consolidate data for visualization using tools like Power BI / Tableau / Qlik / Cognos. The candidate should be able to understand complex business process and come up with solutions to derive meaningful insights. This role involves executing business requirements, adherence to delivery timelines, and creation of presentations/documents/reports as required by stakeholders. The candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate business problems into technical solutions providing the required output
  • Develop dashboards / data visualization using the tools like Excel, Qlik Sense, Power BI / Tableau
  • Develop excel data input forms and automate with VBA coding.
  • Proficient in VBA programming, and dashboards creation.
  • Hands-on in the data management and data analysis tasks
  • Timely delivery of the project ensuring high quality deliverables and smooth day-to-day operations of project
  • Resolving all project-related issues
  • Adherence to all compliance requirements.
  • Providing inputs to the project manager

Essential skills:

  • Proficient in dashboard creation and excel data input form creation and automation
  • Expertise in understand and analyzing the data and generate meaningful insights
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint presentation skills required
  • Hands on experience in creating database structures for data consolidation tasks is required
  • Hands-on experience in excel dashboards, VBA programming and Qlik Sense tool is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in Identifying and defining KPIs to track results, performance of campaigns.

  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful and ability to multi-task
  • Should be a fast learner and a self-starter.
  • Must possess excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills (both verbal & written)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change and ability to multitask
  • Relevant Professional analytics experience of 5+years, primarily associated with Customer Experience Management, portfolio analytics, customer life cycle analytics.

Educational qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduation
