Candidate profile:

• Graduate with 3-5 years of experience preferably in HR/HR ops
• Good communications & presentation skills
• Ability to work with people at all levels
• Understanding of business matrices
• Knowledge of transactional quality and compliance matrices
• High on interpersonal skills and result orientation
• Comfortable working in US hours
