Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing at scale.

The Search Specialist team in India works with Sales and Partner teams located in-market and provides expertise related to performance optimization, business opportunity identification, and campaign performance reporting for digital marketing products that are emerging, complex or strategic within the Google suite of ads products.The key success measures of the team include delivering on the performance marketing goals of customers.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Search Specialists responsible for driving strategy and execution to help advertisers meet their business objectives. Set the objective, enable execution, and inspire each team member to perform.
  • Partner with Sales and Partner teams located in-market to build trusted relationships with Leadership to help deliver on joint priorities. Own business reviews, and engage with executive stakeholders and leaders on a regular basis.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around customer objectives in close partnership with Sales.
  • Contribute to and own the strategy development and execution for the team, in areas such as stakeholder management, talent recruitment, on-boarding and continuous up-skilling and automation, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and customer servicing.
  • Invest in your own product and market expertise in the constantly changing Search and Commerce space.
