Roles & Responsibilities:

Person will be responsible for managing Financials of cost centers / Corporate Finance in BPO / FP&A exposure.

Providing and interpreting Financial Information

Will be responsible for accurate & timely forecasting & budgeting

Will be responsible for performing variance analysis of financials (Actual vs Budget/Actual vs Forecast etc)

Will be responsible for performing cost benefit analysis for various projects initiated within the function

Should be able to liaise with the senior team members for financial discussions

Adherence to Corporate policies and procedures with respect to all relevant financial matters.

To work with the data information to ensure consistency in the financial and contractual performance reporting structures

Strong analytical skills with a go getter approach

Good analytical & number crunching skills

Good communications skills

Good with MS Excel, making MS Spreadsheets and Power point presentations
