What you’ll achieve
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities. You will understand business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Performs entity research using standard and unstructured sources
• Gathers product and usage data from standard sources
• Identifies standard contract terms in license agreements
• Completes tasks within time allocated
• Demonstrates quality analysis for standard requirements, and reviews standard analysis performed by others
• Supports junior team members

Essential Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Technical aptitude
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel
• Data-handling experience with tools like MS Excel
• Business awareness
• Written communication skills

Desirable Requirements

• Master’s degree in a business or technical field
• Professional certifications in a business or technical field, such as CPA, CA, CFA, CISA, CFE, or similar
• Consulting experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, MBB strategy firm, or similar
• Experience with a large global technology company
• Experience with software licensing, license compliance, software asset management (SAM), IT asset management (ITAM), or similar
• Legal training or experience
