About the internship
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Implement ADDA product for new and current clients
2. Own the successful onboarding of customers on ADDA product until it goes-live
3. Handle the delivery of training on ADDA for both administrators and end-users
4. Make product enhancement requests based on current and future software capabilities
5. Provide training and post-implementation support
6. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints/queries in accordance with the agreed maintenance and support procedure (phone, email, and in-person support)
7. Travel to clients place for training
8. Work on root cause analysis and resolving software and hardware issues
9. Manage customer relationship and be the single point of contact for customer queries
10. Track application-related issues with clients and drive them to closure
11. Coordinate with various teams to ensure that incidents are effectively resolved within SLA and escalate during critical and high priority incidents tagged, and ensuring more expertise is available to resolve the incident within the said SLAs
12. Ensure that the incidents are accurately isolated and diagnosed
13. Identify incidents that need special attention or escalation
14. Handle the testing of functional scenarios, compatibility, UI, and user acceptance
15. Report enhancements, bugs, problems, and re-occurring incidents to the development team and senior-level managers
