Job roles and responsibility
- Develops digital marketing strategy increase website visibility , leads that can pass on to Sales team
- Should be hands on experience in implementation of social media accounts like facebook, google, youtube and other channels.
- Define marketing campaigns to work on, and create campaign strategy
- Closely work with content , sales and marcom team to bring new ideas, innovation for lead generation approach
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/PPC, Marketing automation and display advertising campaigns.
- Should have idea of promoting content on various platforms and channels
- Must be aware with buyer persona identification and how to find intent based search terms for buyers
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Should have hands on experience on Paid marketing channels such as Google adwords, Bing adcenter, Linkedin Advertisement
- Should be able to handle client calls and internal calls with teams, must have good communication skills
- Should have hands on experience of following tools
- Social Media Must be 3+ years experience
- Google Adwords Must be 2+ years experience
- Bing Adcenter - Must be 2+ years experience
- Linkedin Piad Ads - Must be 2+ years experience
- Google webmaster tool - Must be 2+ years experience

Professional skills
- Must have experience in implementation of social media accounts like facebook, google, youtube and other channels.
- Must have handle budget campaign on monthly basis
- A proven track record of successfully handling marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of all paid platform / channels
- Hands experience on making forecasting based on the budget allocation of respective campaign
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of Paid and organic searches
- Must have hands on experience of Paid platforms
- Good understanding on content marketing and promotion process\
