Brief Description

The Sales Profile consists of buying or selling property for clients, which requires studying property listings, analyzing prospective clients, accompanying clients to property sites, discussing conditions of sale and the paper work.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leads of prospective buyers will be provided.
  • Communicate & follow up with above leads of prospective clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Accompany buyers during visits and inspection of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of property they are visiting
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages , legal requirements and related matters
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, disbursement of funds and other paper works.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Therefore, generating revenue and achieving individual target.
