- Re-investing in Infrastructure, Digital, Product Development, Product & Process Robustness and Branding strategy
- Maximizing First to Market and New Product Sales through focus on Selection to Approval Milestone and New Product Launch OTIF.
- Leading Top Decile Productivity roadmap for the Site through creating Product Strategy, Network Transfers, Footprint Optimization, Infrastructure enhancement, Digital & Automation initiatives which create people, system, and process efficiencies.
- Developing a Culture of Compliance which encourages managers and team members to adopt Quality by design, All Time Audit Readiness (ATAR) and alignment with all Statutory and Regulatory norms.
- Creating an organization which embraces Environment, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) as a way of life and promotes a corporation that delivers on Social goals which go beyond maximizing profits and delivers on Diversity & Inclusion, Environment and Sustainability aspects for the larger Communities.
