Roles and Responsibilities

• Showroom Manager/Deputy Manager is responsible for handling the daily operations & Management of the store.
• Closing the deal, Business Development & CRM/
• Oversees the staffing requirement of the store.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Train & Employee staff for maintain excellent customer service.
• Maintain Customer Relation
• Adhere to high ethical standards up to the brand Expectations.
• He / She should have good team handling experience up to 30 to 70 members, excellent inventory management skills, good interpersonal skills, good personality and good business knowledge.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Daily monitoring of sales target.
• Closing the Sale
• Managing the Team
• Planning BTL activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should possess 5 10 Years
• Jeweler Experience is Mandatory
• Qualification : Any UG & PG
