Role & responsibilities

- To Manage our Customers queries & requests through WhatsApp, Instagram, Emails and Phone Calls on time.

-To Push Sales through various offers

- Manage our Shopify portal for,

- Fetching Daily Orders & handing it over to production team

- Listing of New Products

- Manage Coupons & offers

- Mark Orders

- Book Couriers

- Manage Stock on Shopify Portal

- Manage Invoices

Preferred candidate profile

- "Must have good English communication skills"

- Shopify knowledge for performing above tasks

- Someone from garment background would be preferred.

- Positive attitude

- Hard working
