Service Engineer Fresher's job

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engineers to do service for Home appliances at Customers Place
• Our CRM staffs will get appointment from customers and assign calls to engineers from CRM
• Install and repair domestic IFB home appliances and office use
• Perform extensive repairs on damaged spares and replace
• Call customers and schedule visits for repair and installation
• Examine malfunctioning appliances and perform necessary repair
• Document the entire process and components repaired and replaced
• Instruct users on on how to use the appliances and uses of Additives & Accessories products
• Read schematics, and manufacturer specs before starting with repair work
• Determine warranty vs non-warranty repairs before servicing the appliances
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate with the manager & CRM Coordinators to ensure the availability of spares in
  stores to commit with customers
• He has to report or share feedback to manager & CRM Coordinators staff for each call directly from field

Desired Candidate Profile

• Have excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers
• Maintaining tools and spares
• Managing all on installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Sound technical background & good grasping power of Home Appliances products will be added advantage.
• Should have good communication skills to handle customer and should have a Two Wheeler to commute to customer place
