• Validation of Customer sheets
• Co-ordinate with Sales team and verify before delivery of Products
• After Raising complaint, Call to customer within 24 Hours and discuss about queries
• Co-ordinate with Customer and provide Solutions
• Visit Customer Site when required
• Responsible for the Complaint Tracker
• Timely Delegation of Installation team
• Ensure SOPs are maintained by Installation Team

• Pre inform the customer about Installation
• Responsible for getting up survey forms signed up by customers
• In charge for making warranty card as per SOPs

Responsible for site measurement and shop drawing approval from client
