Immediate Requirement of Service Engineer

- Validation of Customer sheets
- Co-ordinate with Sales team and verify before delivery of Products
- After Raising complaint, Call to customer within 24 Hours and discuss about queries
- Co-ordinate with Customer and provide Solutions
- Visit Customer Site when required
- Responsible for the Complaint Tracker
- Timely Delegation of Installation team
- Ensure SOPs are maintained by Installation Team
- Pre inform the customer about Installation
- Responsible for getting up survey forms signed up by customers
- In charge for making warranty card as per SOPs
Responsible for site measurement and shop drawing approval from client
