What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:

• Responsible for complete infrastructure design, review, and maintain, Data Protection, Virtualization, Cloud, Storage, Systems, Network, Capacity solutions.
• Advises teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes.
• Participates in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy.
• Communicates and validates program architecture with IMS internal and Client’s infrastructure team, project management team, and technology services management team.
• Defines data retention, backup, and recovery methods and plans Conducts end-to-end technical plan design. Develops long-term strategy for historical data retention and archival plan for storage needs.

Essential Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and 4+ years of experience in Dell EMC Data Protection product suites
• Expert knowledge of Data Protection/Backup Recovery Tools (Avamar, Networker, NetBackup, Veeam, TSM, Commvault, etc.)
• 1+ Years of relevant experience on Cyber Recovery
• Experience with Data Domain/ISILON Technologies
• Experience with SUPERNA

Desirable Requirements

• Cyber Recovery Expert
• Expert certification on Avamar, PowerProtect, Networker
• DataDomain/ISILON and VxRail Specialist
