Roles and Responsibilities

• Placing phone calls or Cold calls to potential clients using a given computerized phone directory to sell Services and Products.
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Using scripts to provide information about our Services and Products, the prices, and benefits.
• Sell our Services and Products over the telephone, through webchat, and WhatsApp.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers' requirements.
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
• Book appointments for prospective clients based on the availability of our resources.
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
• Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), telephone systems, and webchat.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, Kannada, Hindi.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
• Qualification: 12th Pass to Graduation. BSc/BA/BCom is a plus.
