Job Purpose

1. Manage existing partners and products, and identify new business partners and opportunities, to achieve sales targets for the allocated region/country/cluster, in line with overall Cipla vision
2. Perform in-depth analysis to achieve reduction in operational complexities, optimisation of cost and improvement in service delivery for products available in the cluster, to ensure no supply constraints are present, thereby drive operational excellence for the cluster
3. Manage important projects for the region and drive portfolio building initiatives for the region.
4. Lead and drive the transformation/ retention of business model in the countries of East Europe to enhance the ROI from these countries. Also responsible for P&L (sales) for allocated EU partners.

Accountabilities

I. Identify new business opportunities to create a sales pipeline in line with annual target of the cluster
II. Provide sales projections on monthly basis to the management to establish clear sales visibility for complete financial year on a rolling basis
III. Manage sales related operational activities for the region to ensure on-time supply of products
IV. Monitor and evaluate prices of products in the B2B markets, to ensure they are in line with approved budgets
V. Lead the P&L for Eastern EU B2B to deliver on revenue targets in line with overall company objectives for the year
VI. Drive the special projects across the region from time to time.

Education Qualification

Science / Pharmacy graduate with MBA

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in international business development with exposure to operations
Well versed with Business Development & Operations of Regulated markets for Pharma products
