Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for guiding sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, driving revenue aiming to achieve monthly or annual Sales targets, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors' sales activities
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Lead Generation/Pre-sales/Client Interaction in the showroom
- Client Relationship Management: Meet and greet clients in the showroom understand their needs,
advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.
-Provide information verbally clearly and effectively in the showroom
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Call customers over the phone to explain about Products & services
- Contact customers through email; respond to customer queries; also respond to feedback
- Coordinate with sales team for converting leads
- Preparing Quotations/Estimations and closing the lead
- Responsible for end to end sales activities in the showroom
Required Skills:
- Experienced in sales 4-6 years.
- Convert the walk-ins into sales
- Support customers to identify the required product
- Should have Excellent Communication and Convincing Skills.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
Qualification:
- Any graduation from an accredited University.
- Experience in building materials will be given top priority
