Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing, talent acquisition, interviewing, offer negotiation, and on-boarding for the Business Units assigned.
- Deliver recruiting expertise and seamless support to the BU's in acquiring top talents.
- Closely working with BU heads and understanding their requirement, defining job positions.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various channels such as job boards, social media, agency, internal transfer, and associate referrals.
- Conducting interviews (telephonic/ personal/ virtual) in coordination with department heads and the panels.
- Conducting HR discussion, offer negotiation, and releasing offers through the recruitment management tool.
- Manage the applications in the recruitment system, manage the selection process and its progress and provide timely periodic reports.
- Conducting proper induction, orientation for new joiners, and completing joining formalities and documentation.
- Responsible for completing background verification checks for particular employees
- Managing the complete recruitment MIS.
- Responsible for Employer Branding activities through social networking sites, campus visits, and broadcasting company values
- Responsible for Strategic Hiring techniques such as Headhunting, Competency mapping, targeting passive jobseekers, Insourcing, etc.
- Responsible for identifying vendors as business partners for hiring purposes through a channelized process of qualification.
- Maintaining good relationships with a quick response time to vendors, thereby maximizing the number of closures.
- Coordinate the scheduled interview by the vendors and ensure the feedback is communicated with transparency.
- Maintaining resumes in-flow tracker from the vendors to remove the duplication of profiles from several vendors and sharing the pros and cons of the quality of the profiles and other feedback in the weekly vendor interaction meetings.
- Invoice generation for all the vendor employees.
