We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager with expertise and passion to imagine, build and project manage innovative products for India and other Emerging markets. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, project and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally to deliver results, and dive technically deep to lead decisions.

Key job responsibilities

You will have end to end ownership for roadmap planning, resource planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and project execution.

You will work closely with business leadership, including executive leadership at Amazon, to define the product and provide updates on the program.

You are a technical problem-solver, can identify innovative solutions and resolve issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.

You will be responsible for making project decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.

You manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, schedule, performance and cost

You can proactively identify and resolve technical risks and issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic or technical goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver the best product for our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives

Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners

Ability to work across disciplines with product, engineering, research, and operations management counterparts to deliver online products/services

Strategic, analytical, and executional aptitude.

Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development.
