- To follow the Current Good Manufacturing Practices and all the relevant SOPs in production planning.
- To follow the gowning procedure as per the respective SOP and maintain good personal hygiene.
- To prepare the monthly production schedule for manufacturing and packing by coordinating with concerned persons, basis on RFC (Rolling forecast) received from GSC team.
- To achieve production plan, schedule the plan in line with optimum capacity, material availability and marketing priorities & monitoring of all the scheduled activities on daily basis.
- To release the plan on weekly basis monitor the plan on daily basis.
- To conduct the weekly performance review meetings.
- To create and release the process order for manufacturing and packing.
- To have effective coordination with GSC, Production, MSTG, QA, QC, RA, warehouse & GMS for achieving the production schedule.
- To review change controls related packing materials A/W for any new material code or any revision in-between as a planning person.
- To create materials reservations related to RM/PM.
- To prepare the daily, weekly, monthly (MIS) reports.
- Issuance of forms as per SOP.
- To initiate request for Material code to code transfer.
- Review and approval of Standard operating procedure.
- Handling of Planned and Unplanned deviation, Investigation and Change control. Implementation of corrective and preventive action. Verification of effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action
