Enable the closure process : salary negotiation, resignation, notice period management,.

Atleast 5 yrs experience in end to end Recruitment, Leadership Hiring, Volume/Bulk Hiring, Lead Campus Hiring

Experience in Hiring for Content Review & Moderation related projects

Responsible to manage and close openings within the time frame.

Effectively using personal network, Employee referrals to close the position.

Generate Leads for client acquisition Recruitment team handling.

Ability to hire in bulk / volume to cater to Ramp Ups in very short span of time

Have a complete understanding of the job requirements / specifications received from Client.

Experience in contributing from Hiring standpoint in RFI, RFPs for New Potential Projects

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate

Should have alteast 4 Years of Experience in Bulk Hiring
