Senior Manager- Products

COE for Product Management focusses of building world class Enterprise solutions for Central Banking for use within RBI and RBI led solutions for external world. As the Head of the COE, we expect this manager to be hands on and lead the world class team of product managers, business analysts and US designers to achieve this vision.

What do we look for ?

• Experience in creating product roadmaps, driving the product vision, defining strategy, and leading design discussions.
• Experience in developing business applications in a product management and Business analysis function.
• 10-14 years of experience with Enterprise business application products and in product delivery, preferably in BFSI.
• Experience in building, scaling, and managing products and businesses.
• Knowledge and understanding of Central banking, BFSI and ecosystems.
• In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
• You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

• Our team works closely with creative and prolific engineers, designers, developers to help design and develop solutions for Reserve Bank for Central Banking.
• We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager and Manager of Product Management at ReBIT, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, BFSI products, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create a product vision for a product area or portfolio and communicate the vision with stakeholders.
• Execute on projects to achieve vision, design, specification, and launch.
• Convert products and maintain their growth/utility. Provide vision and guidance to teams that support the business changes.
• Manage products.

Employment Type: All positions are fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of 5 years, extendable by mutual consent.
