Senior Manager - Internal Communications

We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Internal Communications!

As a Senior Manager in the Internal Communications team, you will lead the communication portfolio for our Go-to-Market teams (Digital, Consulting, Sales, Enterprise Services and Marketing) and drive communication programs to ensure employee awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to- end communication campaigns with GTM teams to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives
• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
• Plan, write, and edit content for a variety of internal communications channels (intranet, newsletters, or regular emails).
• Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, values-based behavior and information on the business are collected and promoted on all internal platforms in suitable formats.
• Plan, communicate, and execute all functional and executive townhalls
• Storyboard or translate communication plans to the creative team of art directors and designers
• Adapt communication strategy and tactics incorporating analytics and feedback from stakeholders to improve reach and adoption

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• A creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive newsletters and other communication assets
• Experience in working with communication and collaboration platforms such as MS TEAMS, SharePoint, Poppulo, Zoom etc.
• Business understanding: Strong ability to understand Genpact’s core business
• Writing skills: You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employees
• Speaking skills: You also need strong speaking skills and moderate virtual townhalls and dialogues
• Ability to navigate, interact with and manage a variety of stakeholders and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large business or organization, is most sought after. But experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired. General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial. Prior management of complex projects (e.g. rebadging, M&A) is also looked upon favorably.
