Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Internal Communications Leader
The Internal Communications team member will handle our communication portfolio across Marketing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, CSR, and L&D (Genome) teams to carry out internal communication plans and drive employee awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute communication campaigns with teams to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives
• Effectively craft internal communications strategies in conjunction with overall organizational objectives
• Should be able to drive end-to-end communication campaigns while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
• Coordinate with business units to gather information and craft articles, messages, or newsletters. Must have eye for detail
• Formulate key messages or scripts for leadership to be used for internal presentations/townhalls/videos
• Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, values-based behavior and information on the business are collected and promoted on all internal platforms in suitable formats
• Ensure that messages are consistent across all mediums and departments. Effectively cross-pollinate messages within key initiatives to ensure consistency.
• Keep relevant internal stakeholders abreast of progress and preempt and address their queries
• Maintain a leadership townhall calendar and manage their townhalls
• Storyboard or translate communication plans to the creative team of art directors and designers
• Based on reach and adoption metrics, revise content or channel strategy to improve reach and adoption
• Should have a creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive newsletters

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Business understanding: Strong ability to understand Genpact’s core business
• Writing skills: You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employees
• Speaking skills: You also need strong speaking skills and moderate virtual town halls and dialogues
• Interpersonal skills: You need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with varied departments. You also need to possess the confidence to deal with senior executives and explain communication processes/strategies to them.
• Creative skills: You need the creative ability to devise out-of-the-box communication strategies
• Experience in working with communication and collaboration platforms such as MS TEAMS, SharePoint, Poppulo, Zoom, etc

Preferred qualifications
• Experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large business or organization, is most sought after. But the experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired
• General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial
• Prior management of complex projects (e.g., rebadging, M&A)
