To take charge of After sales market i.e After Order complete processing of Order.

Accountable for timely processing of service orders

Coordination and instructions to Juniors, Managing and review their work on daily basis
Ensuring zero complains of clients and maximum service is provided
C0-ordinating with internal departments (Production, logistics, Accounts depart)
Updating MIS and reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Ensuring zero complains of clients and maximum service is provided
• Candidate from a similar role and industry is preferred
• Updating MIS and reports Must have minimum 5+ experience of Sr.Sales Coordinator profile
• Should have excellent communication skills oral and written in English
