Roles and Responsibilities

• PF, ESI & PT Returns.
• Quarterly, Half yearly & Annual Returns under various acts
• Handling of Periodical Statutory inspections held by the Govt. Officials
• Analyzing the Vendors current compliance's mechanism in place
• Maintenance of Employee personal file and Master Data and generate periodical MIS report
• Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS reports and share to management
• Preparing PPT Presentation on Monthly review and sent to Head HR
• Leave record maintenance, along with muster Roll.
• Preparing grievance tracker & monitoring TAT, as day to day activities.
• Updating new employee and left employee details as well as salary details.
• Monitoring Muster Roll, leave record, prepares the man days details and
• Co- ordination with the entire Branch for requirement data for salary processing (i.e.
  attendance, leave, incentive).
• Handling employees grievances

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must have an MBA HR

2. Having at least 2-6 yrs exp

3. Excellent in MS Excel

4. Passionate towards work

5. Good communications & email skills.
