Senior Hardware & Networking Engineer

• End user IT Support-With Knowledge in troubleshooting.
• Solving IT-H/W & Peripherals, CCTV System & N/W issues.
• Need to have Skills in supporting the Desktop & Its Peripherals, Networking, MFP Printers, CCTV DVR & NVR Systems; Knowledge on Servers will be Helpful.
• Need to coordinate with IT Team and fulfill the IT Support Needs of the NSPIRA Staff. • Providing advanced technical support to resolve complex IT issues hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Escalation of unresolved technical issues with internal teams, vendors, or third-party providers for prompt resolution.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, and project managers, to implement and support IT solutions in line with business.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, storage systems, and networking equipment, to optimize performance, reliability, and security.
• Documenting incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.
